4. Refunds & Store Credit

Please note that we do not provide full refunds.

As stated throughout our store, all approved returns are eligible for a store credit covering 70% of the order value once the item is received and inspected.

This store credit can be used on any future purchase on Pikeflex.com and does not expire.


5. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of use (other than trying on)

  • Damaged items not caused by shipping
